TCIABrowser is an extension of 3D Slicer that allows to explore imaging and related TCGA metadata for the public datasets within The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA), and download imaging datasets for local processing.

Availability

Installation: TCIABrowser can be accessed by installing the TCIABrowser extension to 3D Slicer via 3D Slicer Extension manager.
